Dia’s New E 1000 GP-3 Edger:
The Dia E 1000GP-3 New Shelf Bevel replaces our Glass Wheel so now you’re able to make Hi-Wrapped Frames easily. Make children's Sports Frames with Hi- Power lenses without the temples being pushed out by the lenses. You can even make lenses for your Oakley Frames with those deep bevels that are so popular!
Once again is in a class by itself by allowing the operator to add a forgotten safety bevel, polish, sizing the lens down, groove or even widen and deepen a groove on any lens after taking the block off the lens just by putting another block on the lens by hand and disregarding the patients PD or Axis. Place the lens back into the edger and add any of these forgotten features without any headaches or frustration!
Dia’s New FD-80 Frame Tracer:
With the NEW FD-80 Frame Tracer from Dia, getting the patients PD correct is no longer an issue With Dias built-in technology, this is a thing of the past!
The Lab Technician is no longer required to guess on how much to move the patients PD because of the Hi Wrap of today’s frames using Dia's superior technology.
The formula of Frame PD minus Patients PD divided by 2 equal’s patients PD no longer applies to the correct PD for today’s Hi-Wrapped Frames when using the Dia FD-80 Frame Tracer.

The DIA DM50 Drill System:
The best solution for fast and precise processing of rimless drill mounts!Digitally capture and memorizes hole and notch locations on the demo lenses then transfers them to the final patient lenses simply and accurately.
DIA's DM50 accommodates a wide range of extra bits, router bits (notching bits) and end-mill bits are available from our optional accessories catalog.
DIA innovation brings simplified operation for any shape hole or notch on any shape lens. Hole positions can be very simply and accurately measured from the edge of the demo lens and stored in a computer memory by pressing one button then called up for drilling the final patient lenses.
